Returns and Refund Policy

*We do not accept returns or refunds for customer dissatisfaction with products or flavors

Dead on Arrival / Damaged / Product Mismatch / Missing Product

Dead on Arrival, damaged, wrong, or missing item claims should be reported to us within 72 hours of the actual delivery time. We recommend you inspect your items carefully and inform us if there are any issues.

In order to be eligible for returns of products covered with warranty, refunds, and exchanges, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery with a clear and elaborate description of the issue along with your order number. To initiate the return process kindly write to us here or simply log in to your account and select the “Return/Refund” option. In most cases of damaged/defective products, we would need a picture or videos of the products.

We would require the defective product to be shipped back to our facility before the issuance of store credit or refund.
